Nina is the great. My husband and I came in looking for a couch and dining set. She was very attentive & patient. I had many questions regarding measurements as the couch we selected was new and not yet marketed. I had such a pleasant experience! We had a wonderful experience at Mor Furniture, and a big part of that was because of Zach. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and never made us feel pressured to make a decision. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions honestly and helped us compare different options until we found the perfect sectional and bed for our home. My husband and I were browsing living room furniture with no plans for an immediate purchase as we just moved. We saw a sofa chaise that was similar to one we liked from a different store. We really liked it and it turned out to be the same exact style but slightly higher in price. Zach was able to work out a great deal for us, not only did he offer a price match, he was able to get us an additional discount on top of it since it was the last one available. Our total out the door price was significantly less than what we budgeted for. We highly recommend seeing Zach.

We never felt pressured, rushed, or pushed into spending more than we wanted. Instead, our sales personnel, Ramesses, and Nina. They took the time to answer every question about financing, delivery, setup, warranties, and protection coverage. She explained everything clearly and honestly, which made a huge difference. We ultimately found a couch and recliner that checked every box for us—comfort, quality, features, and value. What impressed us most wasn’t just the furniture, but the customer service. Our salesperson worked hard to help us understand all of our options, found additional savings, explained the financing in detail, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel easy and enjoyable.
